Dr. Lee received his medical degree from Chang Gung University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency and subsequent joint reconstruction fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou. He currently serves as a surgeon specialized in total joint arthroplasty and hip joint preservation surgery at the same institution.

Dr. Lee further enhanced his clinical and research profile through an international training period at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in the United States from 2022 to 2023.
Research Focus: Bridging the Clinical Gap through Motion Analysis
Dr. Lee's research is directly motivated by a critical clinical observation: some patients experience persistent residual discomfort or functional deficits after total joint arthroplasty, even when radiographic outcomes appear excellent. This clinical gap has fueled his primary research interest in motion analysis to objectively assess and optimize post-operative joint function.
His academic work centers on evaluating joint kinematics before and after arthroplasty. He has previous experience conducting motion analysis using biplane fluoroscopy, notably in patients undergoing Oxford partial knee replacement. His ongoing project focuses on evaluating detailed motion analysis and its correlation with muscle and tendon healing following various surgical approaches to total hip arthroplasty.
